Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges are also available for eligible products.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 


 

How to Return

  • You can return products in-store or by mail.

  • For mail returns, a free return shipping label is included in your package.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is free of charge when using the provided return label.

  • There are no restocking fees for any returned products.

  • If returning in-store, please bring the product along with your proof of purchase.

 


 

Refunds


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@greeneashing.shop with a photo of the product and your order number.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including free return shipping for defective items.

 


 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage due to misuse, or are used are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (if applicable) may not be returnable once opened or used.

 


 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After this period, orders enter the fulfillment process and cannot be changed or canceled.

 


 

Lost or Undelivered Orders
